Below, you will find
actual prototype cost and present day cost of electronic design and industrial design. At the bottom, you will find the complete list of design cost for the prototype.
None of these prices include labor or facility costs, both of which were not "real" costs during the construction of the prototype.
10.1 Electronic design
Prices are noted as material, excluding shipping. Actual costs includes material damaged and replaced during assembly. Estimated price ranges are designed for low quantity purchases. With proper research and planning, cost for materials can drop significantly. Prices are referenced to above categories.
